Regulation of the management of chamber services

The Azienda Speciale ASSET confirms its role as operational arm of the Chamber of Commerce, through the services provided on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce in a systematic and Continuous.In fact, pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 5 of the Statute, approved by decision of Council No. 37 of March 28, 2019, the staff of the Special Company can be used by the Chamber of Commerce for specific tasks, services and projects, subject to the conclusion of a special agreement.

The Chamber of Commerce of Basilicata, for 2019, uses the ASSET Basilicata Special Company for the following activities:

1. management of the Secretariat of the President of the Chamber of Commerce, with attached switchboard service;
2. support to the Presidency Secretariat at the secondary headquarters and secretariat activities of the Deputy Secretary-General;
3. support to the offices “General Affairs”, “Superintendent” and “Accounting” at the registered office;
4. support to the Chamber of Commerce Department at the secondary office;
5. support to the craft office at the secondary office;
6. support to the General Affairs and URP offices at the secondary office;
7. support to the tax office at the secondary office;
8. Support to the business register at the secondary office through the instruction of the practices (TA and S1 model) coming to the business register through the Scriba platform and the execution of administrative procedures necessary for the purposes of establishing moral requirements for individual firms and/or companies;
9. support for market regulation at both locations;
10. extraction of lists of enterprises and goods required by studies, consultancy firms, students, researchers and enterprises;
11. information activity of first orientation aimed at agri-food enterprises, already carried out concretely at the dedicated counter;
12. information activities and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs within the New Enterprises service;
13. dissemination of voluntary technical legislation on behalf of the Chamber within the framework of the implementation of the UNI-UNIONCAMERA Framework Agreement (2018-2020);
14. specialized technical support in building relations with the Basilicata Region and other local and national public or private bodies;
15. scouting possible sources of national or Community funding;
16. Coordination management of delegated activities: this is the provision of high complexity services found by the role of ASSET Basilicata Special Company.In summary, the service includes support to the Chamber of Commerce for the management of administrative, accounting and secretariat activities joint between the two subjects and related to the activities delegated or carried out by the Special Company.
17. management of the Technical Secretariat of the Control Body for the following certified products:
    • WINE (DOCG Aglianico del Vulture Superiore, DOC Aglianico del Vulture, DOC Matera, DOC Grottino di Roccanova, DOC Terre dell'Alta Val d'Agri and IGT Basilicata);
    • PDO “VULTURE EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL”
    • PDO “WHITE ROUND BEANS”
    • PDO “ROUND AUBERGINE”
    • VOLUNTARY CERTIFICATION “Lamb of the Dolomites Lucane”
